Ans:-If applicant has satisfied any criteria to get Legal Aid, he has to pay nothing but in some cases such as person belonging to middle income group whose income is within Rs.60,000/- to Rs.1,20,000/-, want to file cases in Supreme Court has to pay reasonable cost.
Some NGOs providing assistance in a token amount, just for the processing of application and communication.

Q:- Is threre any easiest and cheapest way to challenge the order of LOK ADALAT being aggrieved by its order ?

Ans:-Yes. Simple by writing a letter to Judge of High Court or Supreme Court stating the order of LOK ADALAT and the grounds of such appeal.
