APPEAL
Resolution
of dispute is an important activity for economic
development, social peace-. And harmony. This
responsibility was upon village Panchayat, Tribal
Chiefs, Quazis or Kings. The Time has changed.
Sophisticated formal legal system evolves with
the evolution of state. Responsibility comes
to the shoulder of trained Judges, Advocates.
The
entire adjudicatory forum becomes burden with
increased amount of litigation. Time consuming,
cumbersome, expensive system became unable to
meet the ends properly.
Alternative
Dispute Resolution (ADR) became evolved with
more research, skill, techniques to find the
way to resolve the dispute. The various ADR
methods including Arbitration, conciliation,
mediation, negotiation, mini-trial, first track
arbitration, Lok Ada!at and many more methods
have experimented with and accepted as viable
system in different countries and in different
situations.
Considering
