MSNP is activity engaged in various activities. MSNP, trust provides qualitative legal aid to Under Tribal Prisoners (UTP) at free of cost. More than 100 UTP already received legal aid at free of cost. Besides that, legal aid also is provided to the poor, workman, and lady where the constraint of resources is there.

Trust organised one state level seminar-cum-workshop on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) on 27th Sep 2003 at hotel, New Marrion, Bhubaneswar where Honorable Justice Ananga Pattnaik of Orissa High Court was Chief Guest, Honorable Justice Sarat Ch. Mohapatra was Chief Speaker,. Honable Justice B.N. Pattnaik (Rtd) of Kerala High Court was Guest of Honour and Panchanan Kanungo, Honable Minister of Finance; State of Orissa was Guest of Eminence.

Ombudsman, Banky, Orissa presented a paper. Mr. P.K.Das, Director, Labour Institute Orissa, Bhubaneswar, also presented a paper.

Delegates from Corporate house, Media, Bank, Legislature, Trade Union, Educationist, Social Workers and lawyers were participants.

Trust had also published one Boucher on “Plea-Bargaining” which was newly adopted concept in Criminal law.

Trust also time to time organise seminar, symposium on different issues along with different organisations on joint-venture basis.

Trust observes Human Rights Day on 10th December each year.

Trust also observes its foundation day and death anniversary of Utkal Gourav Madhusudan Das on 4th February every year.

Trust along with other organisations observe birthday of Utkal Gourav Madhusudan Das on 28th April every year.
